Default Tranny shifting problems.

I have a "built" 4l60 and wot it goes into evey gear but 3rd when it hits it's shift rpm it acts like it come out of gear for a second then goes into gear.
And if I manualy shift it it won't go in to third unless I let out for a second.
And when I'm like 3/4 into it in D it comes out of gear for a second like it does wot? It only does this going into third and only 3/4 or wot it drives like it should. And it's been doing this almost the whole time I have had it 8598 miles.
Anyone know what it could be?

Sounds like it's in the tune. The Rev limiter may need to be turned down.

could be in the tune. Who tuned it?

There's a shop up in Hennessey that can dyno tune it for you if needed.

Kessler performance in Purcell. He built the tranny and tuned it (sucks)
he moved the rev limiter up idk how much he moved it up I got a tune lined up soon
but now it's starting to sputter at 4k to about 5 then clears up till about 6k idk what it is now.
