Default Tranny or tune

I order a new tune from Nelson performance to have my O2 sensers remove so I can install an ORY... Installed the tune on wednesday started the truck to make sure it started and it did... On friday started it drove it to the muffler shop to install the Y-pipe... Noticed that the truck wasn't driving as it was before it shifted really hard harder than normal... On the way to the muffler shop it stalled on me... Got to the muffler shop and they didn't want to cut the cats out and install the Y-pipe So on my way back home stopped At a red light and the truck wouldn't go nowhere... 3,2,1 or reverse the truck wouldn't move at all.. Had to call a tow truck to tow it home... Once I got home the truck wouldn't even move in Nuetrual... what would be the cause of this? maybe the line pressure were set too high? could the tune have caused this... the truck was fine until I installed that tune...
