Default trans choice. stock, built, standard

So I think the 6.0 is starting to wear on the stock trans in my truck. Still firm shift on up shifts but when it down shifts it seems like it takes a little bit to actually grab and go. So question is what would yall do find another stock trans, rebuild my blown up performabuilt trans, or swap to a 5 speed? Been wanting a standard truck for awhile but if I send in my build trans it will have a year warranty and be a direct swap. But with a 5 speed I would not have to worry about trans temp when offroad cause my 3200 stall heats up pretty quick even with the 40k cooler. So what are the pro's and con's to each that yall think?

I wod have the stock trans gone through. Swapping to a 5 speed would be the absolute last thing I would do.
