01 ecsb auto, 5.3... How often should I change my filter and fluid..I dont do any heavy pulling or hard driving????

I say between 25,000-30,000 is safe and will keep everything clean.

Good advice from Z06. For the past 100K (I'm at 167K now), I've been draining the trans pan at every oil change (5000 miles) and replacing 3+ qts at a time and replacing the filter every 50K. If you have the drain bolt in the pan, this is super easy and keeps the fluid real fresh.
