trans too cold?

What gage do you have? In this cold weather myn gets to about 120-130 with a 4200 converter, I have 3 coolers including the stock one in the radiator. I know the temps are suppose to be above 100, but if it shifts fine, or isn't acting funny, then I would just leave it alone.

This is how mine is set up (see attachment). Should be the same from 99-02 trucks/SUVs. The lower line connection comes from the trans, and the upper line connection on the radiator goes to the stock auxillary cooler. The outlet on the cooler goes back to the trans. Hope this helps.

I don't agree completely with running it thru the rad still... Mine's not, but you see my mods, you'll understand my temps.
Remember, were not in the great white north. I have the belief that we don't need the pre-heating, this is why mine is not in the circut...

like i said, mine is running at or less than 100 degrees with a stock trans, Yank TT2600, -6an hoses, and a 40K plate type cooler....somewhere around 300rwhp
