I haven't actually been able to bolt them together yet since the output shaft from the tranny will not slide into the input shaft of the Autotrac case. I do know that the 07 AWD case will bolt to the 4L60 and I took the adapter ring (the piece that replaces the 2WD tailshaft) from the 6L80 and it will bolt to the Autotrac case.

See above regarding the 6l80. I will identify the company after I talk to them again tomorrow.-------------------------SPEARTECH--------------------------------
John from Speartech has been extremely helpful in keeping my project moving.
BTW, does anyone know how the 07 AWD transfer cases operate? I have heard traction control, which my truck doesn't have, but I have also heard they have a viscous coupling. When I turn the input shaft the rear output shaft turns as if it is mechanically connected. The front shaft turns however I can stop it from rotating with only my hand. It doesn't have any fluid in it at the moment so I am wondering if it doesn't work properly until fluid is added.
Anyone out there have any ideas on this??

Forgot to mention that DBW is required for the 6L80E to work in transplanted vehicles at least for now. A couple of companies are working on standalone controllers but they will not be available until late summer at the earliest.

I am using the 07 AWD transfer case in place of my Autotrac unit without any issues so far. No binding, no noise, no side to side pulling at WOT, just smooth power delivery.
