Default Transfer case problems

something is up with my tcase and id like some help figuring it out. i had posted a thread a few weeks ago about it making some noises when i got into the throttle. well the other night i had it in drive instead of od and it was jerking some when i started to get into the throttle. when i have it in OD and i start to get into the throttle it seems to have trouble, almost like a loss of torque or something. kinda a pain in the *** passing slow cars on the highway. i have to really get into the throttle to make in downshift.

anyone got any ideas on what could be wrong with it? does it need a complete rebuild or what?

thanks

btw my truck is a 2000 silverado z71 with pushbutton 4wd. i should also mention that i dont have the front driveshaft in right now.

You sure it's the t-case that's causing the problems?

well i just had the tranny rebuilt but it was doing this before the trans rebuild so i figure the trans is good, could be the torque converter maybe but i dont really know the syptoms of a converter thats failing.
