I have no idea, but it's not that hard, it can be done with the trans in the truck. The valve body is where most of the modding is done.

nadda! You're just dropping the trans pan, the valve body, and the accumulator pistons, the boost valve, the seperator plate, and that's about it.

You'll be replacing some springs, the plate, drill some holes in the plate, and that's about it. You just need to really read up on the directions. They suck, but after reading and then doing the install, things come together.

sounds like a lot, but most of use here are mechanically inclined so it shouldnt be that hard.

so the converter doesnt require removing the tranny from the back of the motor?

not at all, there's a heat sheild that's on the side of the passenger side of the trans, it comes off, and reinstalled if you want to.

This install is not that hard, if you can do a body, or a suspension lift, or swap an engine, you'll be fine. I wouldn't suggest pounding a 12 pack and later on trying to bolt up the vavlve body later on, but I'm sure that some have done this.

I'm pretty sure the trans does need to come out if you want to install a converter.

Hey I'm sorry, I miss read the post. Yes you have to move the trans back if you're wanting to replace the converter.

But if you're just doing the shift kit, then you do not have to
