You can replace the check ***** with torlon if you want to preserve the case for future use. I think this may be more important with an 80e though.

You might want to order new metal accumulator pistons, just in case your trans came with the plastic ones. I would also get a hardened separator plate.

what are thoes part for, well what do thay do?
this whole is a learning wave for me. I want to learn how to do these kind of things.
where can i get them at and a round about price?

I would post a link where I bought my parts but, they are not a sponsor. Just do a web search for 4l60e parts and you will find them. Give them a call they are very helpful.

also when i went to the auto part store i was asked if i have a dp or a ep, i think that was the other option, tranny. how do i know what one i have?
