Try a search on Ebay oregan performance has them all the time.I forget the price.

Try Oregan Performance from Ebay, they have really good deals on parts and shift kits. As for honing the valve body down using a file, I do it to every tranny I rebuild but I use a board sander with some 400 grit sandpaper.

That is the correct one. I bought all of my stuff from Oregon Transmissions also. Hopefully your install goes better than mine.
