I remember OH SO WELL what those look like...

Spent MORE than my share of DESIRED time inside a 4L60E. Fortunately, it's holding up! I'll go knock on wood now... then pray to the trans gods to let the stars stay aligned.

Is there a big difference in shifts with this kit combined with servos? Dont want anything too harsh but I dont want to break my trans.

Pressure readings:

P/N/D 65psi

As soon as I give it some gas it goes to 150psi. Then right before the shift it drops back to the 65psi range and then pops right back to 150psi and the shift happens. I did this several times to make sure it wasnt a fluke.

I actually think this may be correct/normal. I know the idle pressure is good and I'm pretty sure 150psi is about right. I would think the trans would drop pressure right before a shift to make it easier for bands/clutches etc to release and then quickly bring it back up to apply the same bands/clutches. I think 180-200psi is max pressure but it may be more.

Also forgot to mention, reverse is 100psi.

Are you giving it minimal throttle? Also what rpm's are we talking about with these readings?
