So what is the problem with the zpak?? And does the purple pump spring come with the performance pack or do i need to get it separately?? VB separator plate, oe replacement or something else???

Yes the spring comes with the sonnax Performance pack. I got the trans go separator plate. It's thicker.

I didnt realize that transtar sold the transgo separator plates as the only option, i got mine today and it feels alot thinker than the stock one thatvwas in the trans... I figured that out after rereading sonnax's description of the performance pack!

Where can i get a .093 drill bit??? Somehow, i dont think home depot will carry that one!!

LOL, find a machine shop supply for singles or a good hardware store like an ace or something, or buy an indexed set at harbor freight. They have like a 115 piece set or something like that.

Im not even sure there is an ACE hardware here, guess ill run by northern and harbor frieght tomorrow, youd think the transmission parts supply house would have one, i may be able to borrow one from a friend of mine!! Probably wont get to valve body until at least middle of next week anyway, still need come up with the money for my torque converter, not in a big rush

Other wise you can order a single bit online i'm sure.

I just looked and that kit is around $100 at harbor freight. I used to buy them all the time when they were $50-$60 after dulling or breaking a few bits.

Ok dumb question got the transgo pump ring kit today, does the one spring replace the two in the pump or do i put the little one inside of the one with the kit???

Don't use the trans go spring. The Sonnax kit has a better spring in it.

Ok i thought the sonnax kit just had the spring for the boost valve, didnt realize it had the pump spring...
