Default transmission - broken output shaft

broke my 4wd 4l60e output shaft into 3 pieces and taking most of the gears with it. where is the best/most affordable place to get a hardened or billet output replacement shaft? should i get an input shaft while im at it? thanks

how did you break it? really firm shifts?

yea, the shifts were terrible hard, would shake the dash under very little throttle. and combined with that are the 37" tires, plus a cammed 383 with some decent torque

with the new rebuild, ill be taming down the shift firmness and i will be stepping down to 35" tires too

What did you end up doing to fix this? I just saw that I broke the output shaft on my 4L70e.
