Default transmission cooler

I just had my 60e built up, im a little burnt because I wanted it stalled to 3200 and they would only do it to 2400 because I have a stock cam and then when they finsished they said they only put the stall for 2200 so it would be more dependabel It feels like a stock stall and it sucks!!!! Now Im not sure they even put the cooler in. I was looking underneath the truck and the only lines I see are running from the radiator. Isnt that the stock cooling method for my truck, should I beable to identify a stand alone cooler pretty easy because I only have an idea of what it should look like

you should be able to see it through your grill, and yes the stock tranny cooler for some trucks goes through the radiator. looks like you need a b&m supercooler

did you pay for a stall? sounds to me like they restalled your stock converter to 2200. or. this is just my opinion. they had the stock verter stalled to a 2400 and they didnt do it right and it turned out to be a 2200. if you did not get what you payed for then dont pay for it. how much was the build??

The price for the build and install was 2000.00 out the door. He told me he could not warranty it for a year with a stock cam and 3200 stall. The highest he would go was 2600 so I agreed. Well after it is built and I go to pick it up he told me he only stalled it up to 2200 so it would be more dependable and if I didnt like it he would go higher, but what gets me is he didnt ask my permission first to break the original agreement. I was just glad to get my truck back in time to make it to work because of a problem they were having and they figured out it was the neutral safety switch. They seem to be ok to deal with and I know they will make it right but now I have to drive back 100 miles to get the work done. Other than that, it shifts real firm and I have an anti balloon plate to help absorb the nitrous hit. It doesnt give at all between the shifts and will chirp the tires.

Sounds fishy to me, if he was talking about driveability, he's uninformed.
