Yes thats the 40K you want. But should be able to find it cheaper...

Thats the cheapest one I've found. I've heard they go for around $140.

Here's the seller who I bought mine from...it's almost the same price as the one you posted, about a buck or two cheaper after shipping.

The seller who you posted (oregon performance) is pretty well known, a lot of folks have bought various trans parts from them...I bought some servos and aluminum pinless accumulator pistons from them a few years ago myself...

i think the one he posted has the thermal bypass for cold climates, which isnt needed at all...id say save the few bucks and get it from where Budhayes posted. thats where i got mine from, received it in 3 days! my trans hasnt gone above 120 since i put it on and thats with me driving the hell out of it and in stop and go traffic, its an awesome cooler.

Damn 120? Mine stays right around 145-155 on hptuners and my trans temp. That's in the same weather as you

Mine is usually right at 150* according to the gauge in my Denali cluster, so far I've gotten it up to 160* which was right after I passed the trans/converter break-in 150 miles and was floggin it good

yeah, it runs about 120-130 with a stock trans and stall. im sure once i get my tcs 3000 put in it will go up some.
