Default Transmission differences

Is there a difference in an 07 nbs- 07 nnbs transmission. Are the plugs the same?

I believe some of them have different internal wiring/sensor stuff.

I believe and I could be wrong the NNBS have the TCM inside the transmission ......and when you tune a nnbs truck you have to download to tunes one for the tranny and one for the engine ...
