Default Transmission Gone

Hey guys,
My slightly built 4L60 went bye bye on me last Friday, and when it happened I got a "Service Brake System" message on the dash. Any ideas as to what what else I broke?

It could be because of the speed sensor in the tailshaft? They play into the ABS system I believe.
