I cranked the Tbars up to clear my 285's and had the front end aligned on my 2001 suburban 4x4 75,000 miles ago and have had no problems.

I cranked them up all the way to clear my 295's on my 2005 Sierra CrewCab 4x4 18,000 miles and no problems at all I also had it aligned afterward.

carnked mine then had it alighned, that was 25k ago and all is well, front axle seals have gone, and my rear transfercase went too, but i think that is bec i drive about 80 on the why and most miles are hwy miles
