Default Truck bounces?

I've had my 05 Sierra SLT for about 2 months, it's got the stock suspension with 20" american racing wheels. But it's got a bad bounce to it when I'm driving over humps in the road, and feels rough over bumps. I don't think the 20"s would effect it this much, and I've even had friends ask why it drives like that. I was expecting a much more smoother ride.

Anyone else experiencing this?? And any suggestions??

Thanks

Actually feels like both. Sometimes I'll drive over a deep hump in the road and it feels like i'm about to bounce off my seat and hit my head. Other times just feels like a rough ride overall... Not what I was expecting.
Yeah they are stock shocks far as I know...

Mangled, you think 20"s would make that big of a differnce?? I knew it would change a little bit, but not like this. Plus I've been in other trucks with 20"s and it wasn't as rough....

Hahah, and I'm thinkging about going with 22's. No that can't be right, because I know people that have had bigger rims and they trucks were not as bad. I'm thinking I may need to replace the shocks....

I know when i put my stock 16's back on my truck it rides 80% nicer then it does with my 20's, thast why I am going togo with a smaller rim even though I have aftermarket shocks. I guess ya should maybe try a different shock, I havn't been in anything with big wheels that road smooth unless the road is nice...

I may do that thanks.

Damn I must be tired, or I need to work on my spelling. Just looked at my last post...
