Yes...not sure what it is exactly...something like 137*?

Ya know MrGoodwrench3 is correct...not sure why lockup became a concern, I'm more concerned with possible premature wear or damage due to fluid not getting it's optimal operation temp...

So, at 140* & engine oil up to operating temp, I can unless the beast w/in of a 15 sec truck.

Huh?

You smart fellers with tuning software can adjust the temp at which the PCM allows lock up, but I think that the General knew what they were doing when they put those parameters in there

well i went back and searched around for what i thought i read, and i did see the mention of pcm not allowing lockup until 75* trans temp. so im under the impression that you may control the lockup thru coolant temps, but if the trans isnt up to temp lockup will not happen is all i was trying to say.
but all that is irrelevant since you said your not worried about lockup, just operating temps in general. guess i just got curious in the matter..

Billy, u by chance need a cold weather bypass? I know someone that may sell you 1. Maybe a 40K cooler too.
I guess the guy knows you or somethin.

Billy, maybe you could try setting it up with a valve so that you could select radiator heating at your choosing.

Nah, I think that guy's gonna need it...he should really run with it instead of changing it up, just my .02

That would be pretty trick, but I think that I'm just going to run with it as is...since I've made all of these TruCool threads, I guess that I should take some pics when I install it huh

He plans on running w/. it. Too bad his buddy abandoned his plans & said hey, I'm not running that, after 10 TruCool threads.

Sorry to leave you hanging out to dry bro...you could always sell the bypass and go the route I'm going You already have the factory cooler, just need the Time2Kill install kit...

...and yea, I will definitely be whoring it up with pics
