FINALLY I have all the parts needed for the install. I ordered the Racestar wheels almost a month ago, but they were on backorder so I ended up cancelling and got them through Summit. Derek@1320 was professional about it all the way and I'll purchase through him again if need be.

Scored at Discount tire too, they mounted and balanced the tires for $20! Tires were mounted dry with no issues.

For anyone wondering, the inner diameter of the Racestar wheels is 14", so there's a ton of brake clearance. I'm very happy with the look of the wheels too. No they're not billet, but for the price I'm very pleased.

I'm hoping to get the install done tomorrow, and I'm sweating bullets on whether or not these things will tuck between the fender and leaf spring. Derek has the same setup on his truck and his cleared (rolled fenders are required, mine are already rolled).

Final note, MT recommends an 8.5-11" wheel for these tires. On my 15x10s the sidewalls are bulging pretty good. They look like they need a 15x12. So I'm not sure if this is compromising performance. Maybe the 295s would have been a better choice.

If that's a rubber valve stem with a chrome sleeve, don't expect to pass your tech inspection. They require a screw together metal stem.

Wheels & tires look nice.

Yep, it's rubber. I wasn't aware of that but a google search shows it clearly to be true. However, the last 2 times I've been to the track, the "Tech" consisted of me signing a card and driving out. 1/8th mile track if that matters.

Started too late, couldn't finish it all today.

Im not getting any fluid from the drivers side caliper with my power bleeder at 20 psi. I dont know whats going on. I'm getting fluid from the passenger side caliper. Ill have to look into it more tomorrow.

I also cant seem to figure out how to get the ebrake cables off the backing plates.

The bleeder valve might be clogged. Remove it completely to see if it has any fluid.

I pulled it out. Still no fluid. I disconnected the hard line and I've got fluid dripping from there so the problem is somewhere distal.
