I believe that Ron also carries AAM gears which are what the OEM are, and they're always quiet when properly set up. I have heard of Motive gears whining when supposedly properly set up, but I've also read of them being dead quiet. The AAM's are more expensive but not by much, worth the extra coin to get what the factory uses IMO.

Billy, while I always like to use AAM gears when I can as your right, they tend to be the most quiet, 4.30's are not available in a factory set. In this ratio, he will be forced to run a aftermarket set.

I would run OEM at all costs. Therefore, go 4.56. I'm pretty sure the Hummer H3 uses them.

the shop Dirt Track Racer worked at used Motives in all his swaps and not 1 complaint of whining.
Mine never made a peep.

Ahhh, gotcha Well Joshua seems very confident in the Motives, and like I mentioned, the ones or one that I heard of making noise were "supposedly" set up correctly as I get most of my info right here lol.
