Default Tubular lower control arms for 99 Silverado 1500

I need to replace my lower ball joints so I figured I might as well replace the entire lower control arms with tubular ones. The contol arms are pretty rusty due to too many trips to the backdown saltwater boat ramp. The only thing I've found is a 2" or more drop. I don't want to drop the chassis if I don't have to in order to get tubular lower control arms. I'd rather raise the truck a little rather than lower it since I live in a flood prone area. Are there any tubular contol arms available for the Silverado(new body style) that either keep the stock height or raise it slightly?

One question.....why? They aren't going to be any lighter, handle better, increase performance, turning radius, anything.
