Default tune and gear ?'s

I got my wait4me tune and I was wondering about my gears . I told jesse I had 4.10 gears but I still have 3.73's till Monday However I want to put my tune in and get the "learn miles" out of the way this weekend. Will it be okay to have the tune in there for a couple days like this?
