Tune or Trans problem?

I did the install myself and yes I disconnected the battery first. The truck is still on a lift so I guess I will disconnect them all and make sure they are clean and check the pins. Every connector is snapped in. Also it does have all of the instrumentation.

Codes are:
P0713 - TFT sensor circuit hi input
P0740 - TCC enable solenoid
P0748 - Pressure control solenoid
P0753 - 1-2 shift solenoid
P0785 - 3-2 shift solenoid circuit
P1860 - TCC PWM solenoid circuit
I talked to Joe at JAG and he was pretty confused about it. We are both starting to think that it is a connection or a ground fault somewhere but not too sure where. I checked to make sure the round connector was plugged in correctly and that the fuses were not blown. Everything checked out ok so I cleared the codes and started the truck and they came right back up. I guess if I have time tomorrow I will check the pins in the connectors and look over the wires and see if I can find anything unusual. Everything was working fine when I pulled the trans to put in the stall.

Just for ***** and giggles try all of your ignition because the tech at the stealership told me that the ignition is actually connected to the shift solonoids and some other codes that are other codes.

Cool, didn't think about that. I checked all of the trans fuses and they were cool. I will just see if anything at all is out and replace it, but I will check the ignition fuses first. Thanks for the input!

I got it running yesterday but haven't had time to post up on here. Actually it wasn't fully snapped in (had a friend plug it in while I was putting the driveshaft back on). I never had the time to look at the truck because I was trying to catch up on other stuff in the shop but once I actually had the time to check it out I had the problem fixed in about an hour (changed trans fluid again because it smelled a little on the burned side). It pulls MUCH harder now. Hopefully I can get a dyno tune sometime soon and see if I can get a little more out of it.
