Default U-Joint Qs

Ok, so the u-joint in my '00 silverado really needs to be replaced now. When you first start to move it slips a little and squeaks pretty loud, and then I can hear the u-joint squeaking constantly from below the truck.... lol. It's embarrassing. So anyway, I need to put at least one new one in. First off, what do you suggest getting, and would any good ones be available at autozone or advance or something? And second, are there any instructions on the internet for swapping them? Thanks

Not sure about instructions, but from what I've read, "Spicer" is the u-joint of choice. Try typing "U-joint" into the search for this forum (upper right) and you might find some instructions, I think someone did a write-up once...
