If you saved your U-bolts all you need to do is just move the axle back under the leafs. All flip-kits are bolt in so they will bolt out.
Have you thought about going from a 5-7 to a 3-5 drop which will get you over any spped bump and many curbs?

You'll need the ubolts and bracket for the rear flip kit. It's basically just a flat piece of steel that sits atop the leaf springs once they're over the axle again.
As far as the front, you'll obviously need upper and lower control arms and stock springs.
There's really not much else, it's all just replacement stuff. You'll be fine at stock height with the c-notch as it doesn't hurt anything. IF it's an extended cab you may have a carrier bearing relocator which would need to be adjusted back to stock geometry. That would be the biggest pain in the ***.

its a single cab. can i just replace the lower controll arms and lift up the front a little and go back to stock shackles? would that give me a 3/5 drop? if i go back to stock lower controll arms do i have to go back to stock upper controll arms?
