Ive actually built a set of brackets to fit zo6 calipers on an 08 gmc 2wd 1/2 ton with mcgaughys spindles. We used a 14" eradispeed rotor front and rear. The fronts took a LOT of work...I had to machine down the spindles to fit a bracket with new mounting points for the cailpers. I ended up machining a solid bracket from a 8x8x1.5" piece of mild steel. I'm not sure how others have done it, but when i had it all mocked up it seemed like there wasnt a good way to make a simple plate to mount the calipers to the spindles. The rears were simple since the factory bracket is much smaller. My .02 is if you want the z06 calipers get the 15" eradispeed rotors...it will make your bracket making much much easier in the front. I dont think i have any pictures but ill check as see if i can dig some up.

In order for you to advertise your products on this site it must adhere to the rules of this section.

Ive read up on your brackets on SSS and it seems they are very nice but to advertise them openly in your signature you will need to abide by the seller rules found in the section I linked.

Sorry about that. Didn't mean to break any rules.

Nice brackets, I may do the swap one day if I could ever find a caliper set for a decent price.

Stainless steel lines and hydroboost brake setup helped my truck tremendously!
Also put ebc rotors and hd green pads on the front.

Keep an eye on the Vette forums for guys selling their stock setup after upgrading. I've seen a few sets go for good prices. I've also seen a few sets on Craigslist and Ebay.

I run the 05+ brakes, slotted rotors, performance pads, SS lines and it stops great. Simple, cost effective and performs. Hydroboost is next and some slotted rears with ext pads. I don't feel anything else is needed for my application and I drive it hard.
