Default Urethane Motor Mounts

i was wondering if anyone knows if anyone makes a urethane motor mount kit for out trucks or if there is any other kit that might fit. i did a little searching on summit and the only thing i could find is conversion mounts for LS1's.

That LS1 conversion mt. is all that I know of. Maybe that would work, at least part of the kit? I'd thought of doin that kit to see, but it wasn't high up on my list. I figured if I ever did urethane, the motor might be out.
By that time, maybe they'll have a direct fit p/n. Cause when I read bout the 1 you're talkin bout, it offered no clues. And I didn't call to find out. IIRC, Spoolin (coulda been someone else) had a problem w/. being sold wrong tranny mt. for what was supposed to work in his application. Do they really know?

I did order a Poly tranny mount from energy suspension last year, I asked them on the phone prior to purchase repeatedly if it would fit and they said yes, I asked Summit repeatedly if it would fit and they said yet and when it came it didn't fit, wrong bolt hole locations. Called them to complain and told me that oh it doesn't fit that model specifically, was quite a PITA, so I returned it, hmmm...or maybe I still have it! I dunno, it's probably on my shelves.

Any NVH concerns? Why not go with a motor plate then?

Ben, it's my understanding you're not supposed to combine the 2. Stay w/. all solid mounts or all poly.

I considered a motor plate setup but decided its really not warranted on my "street truck"

My solid mounts will just be stockers boxed with some plate for now, and Ill try the poly trans mount first, it those don't work out Ill just go back to stock mounts. As far as mixing, rubber/poly or poly/rubber is the no-no. The solid mounts will transfer more tq/hp thru the frame than rubber making the suspension work harder, the poly trans mount won't have to control drivetrain tq, the motor mounts will stop that.
