Default Vacum modulator

I'm finally getting around to installing my FLT Level5 with vac mod. What all does the vac mod take control of? All I can get from searching is "electronics". Is it just line pressure, or does regulate shift timing, too? Whatever the vac mod controls, I'd like to set back to stock settings, just to be safe. Thanks

Vac mod takes control of line pressures...not shift timing AFAIK.

Just line pressure based upon vacuum reference. Lower vacuum = greater line pressure. Solenoids will still control when and how long to shift.
