Your pinion angles are screwed up.Do a search and find the correct way to measure the angles.You do not put an angle finder on the driveshaft to figure it out.You have to zero out the back of the tranny to the rear housing. My own truck is 5 degree's. So the tranny is 5degree's negative and the rear is 5 degree's positive.This gives a 0 degree pinion angle.

A Member here "CHEVY6000VHO" Had the same thing. He did just drop shackles, picked up a vibration the he could NEVER get rid of. even after putting it all back to stock. ultimatley causing him to get rid of the truck. He tried everything, even a carrier bearing relocate, Good Luck...

I did some pinion angle searching and it seems there are many different opinions on how to measure the angles and what those angles should be. I will be remeasuring my angles using the transmission output shaft yoke and the pinion yoke tomorrow and see what that looks like.
