Default Video-transmission slipping in 2nd?

Slipping in 2nd? - YouTube
Does this look like the trans is slipping, or will the converter lock (then unlock under power) with the shifter in 2nd gear? Thanks.

Bumpity. Still concerned about what happened in the video, but I think softer shifts might be from the almost 40* temperature swing we've had outside
