Weird noice and vibration HELP!!!

Exclamation Weird noice and vibration HELP!!!

Hey so under throttle I have a howling noice and at highway speed soon as I let off the throttle I get a horrible vibration I changed all the oils rear end transfer case and front diff nothing had any metal fillings. Any one have any ideas please?

Where is the vibration coming from? Driveline vibration, suspension vibration, under the hood vibration, under the truck vibration? Any other details you could add would help

It's a 04 2500hd I replaced the rear u joints redid all the front suspension it has new upper control arms new inner and outter tie rods new idler arm both parts and stabilizer shock also has new tires on but it started howling before with the old ones I have no idea where the vibration is coming from in 2wd it vibrates at 70mph slowing down in 4wd it vibrates accelerating at around 45mph and up
