What About 3.90 gears? Anyone Run Them?

What About 3.90 gears? Anyone Run Them?

I have 3.42's and want to bump up but not to 4.10's. 3.73's will be an improvement but I don't see any press on the 3.90 gears.

I run a Radix on stock 265/70/17 tire sizes.

I would like to hear some experiences and mpg reports.

you wouldn't notice a difference between them and 4.10s

when i bought my truck it had 3:73s and 265/75/16... recently i put small 30 inch tireS on the truck which using a calculator make my final gear now ACT like a 3:98 .. i can definatley feel a diff,, easy to chirp tires and very peppy with un sacraficed mileage
