It is basically the same as the 350-400, only with a over drive, was used prior to the 700.
The question of the topic should have been what is the best late model trans..
Best bet for this guy is a 4l80 with a shift kit, takes alot of hp to break.. The 6-=65s are great in rcsb trucks, with hp, but not for ccsb or ecsb trucks, weight kills them..

these are in ecsb truck with 450-500 at the wheels...3000-3400 stall...both nitros trucks...i think im going to go with a 80e...will they bolt up and do i have to make any cab changes the truck is wrecked...

if yer talking about 60e thats why they broke even the lvl 5 60e isnt designed for that much power with the weight of an ECSB, those 60es really arent meant for powerful trucks period...now break a FLT lvl5 and your doing something serious..but a lvl 5 60e. i wouldnt run even 500hp with on a RCSB
