Update: Lots of searching and the biggest I have found so far is 3.73 geared Suburban rear ends.

The axles, differentials, and available ratios for 5-lug 8.5" rear ends are all the same for pickups and utilities those years. Certain utility vehicle rear ends have tabs for mounting a sway bar. As far as I know 3.42 and 3.73 will make up the bulk of what you find.
