Default What converter for my setup?

Just picked up an 02 ecsb with a tr224 cam, full bolt ons, 4:56 gears and a 28inch tall tire. The 60e is on its way out and im looking to go to an 80e, but still undecided. It has a TB stall in it now but when I get a new trans I want to throw a better converter in there. I was thinking something around a 3200-3600 stall, just wasnt sure because its geared so low I might be able to go to a lower stall. Only if it would help. Truck is just a toy so im not to worried about every day driving with it. I dont know if I should pick up a different stall between the 80e vs the 60e.

What effect would FI have on my stall choices? Most likely would be a procharger setup, unless I find a good deal on a roots blower. I'm wanting a 3600, but should I go lower for FI?
