The trutrac is seamless and it actually locks if one tire has NO traction unlike the eaton which needs a little resistance in order to do its thing. He doesnt like how it locks up, he said his makes a big popping noise. My G-80 literally welded itself together. It has to be cut out of carrier with a grinder and torch

if your turning onto a highway from a side street when towing or not on the wet roads moreso, the right rear wheel will start to slip and BANG goes the rear when the CAM-LOCK engadges and shifts the power to the other wheel. Then the cam gets locked and the vehicle woobles and jerks until you stop and put it in reverse and stab the gas to jerk it free. When towing on wet grass, when turning it starts to slip and bang goes the G-80 , cant imagine what the freaking thing looks like on the inside!i'm affraid to get on it now when turning, it might leave me stranded! Especially if i'm towing my 30 foot trailer. i need a reliable rear end. what do i buy?

No all those pieces were coming out, One of them put a hole in the cover. Now I got a great looking crome cover that leaks

I'm gonna be the odd one out and vote for Auburn Pro, great unit and great replacement policy, I think it's only a $100 for a brand new one if yours fails!
