I have a Detroit TrueTrac. I don't crawl on rocks or anything but it works nicely on the street/strip. From what I hear about Eaton you can't go wrong with it either. I'm happy with my Detroit.

Its not noisey at all, I have never heard it once to be honest.

Im about to get my True Trac installed as well and from the people ive talked to around here that run them love them.. It isnt noisy and its a real solid unit..

I got mine from a local mechanic, not sure where he ordered it from though.

Eaton 19559-1. In my opinion the best street diff available.
