The kit I got from summit has .085,.117,.180.

Im assuming the Separator plate has the holes already at the .076 softer shift size. Where did you get drills in the .090-.095 sizes? What does the last letter in the kit mean? Mine is 4l80E-HD2-D

If you have a drill bit set and a micrometer you can find a bit that works. If I remember correctly, Transgo gives three recommendations for soft, medium and firm shifts and provides the bit dimensions. In reality you can drill to any size in between the smallest and biggest recommended size. I don't remember the exact size but I found a bit that was in between the medium and firm size and it turned out perfect to me.

i had this problem my self. I found out that a 3/32 bit is the same as a .094 drill bit. Hope this helps. I heard if u want to change up to get exactly what u want thin u will need to get a 150 piece drill bit set. It would have all of them. Hope this helps.

If anyone ever needs any size drill I'll be glad to ship them in an envelope as long as you ship them back. I have every size at my shop.
