Default What size is my rear end?

I want to order a rear end, but don't know much about what size and what not to look for.

It is something like a 30 spline, 8.5 inch, ten bolt, isn't it?

Thanks,
Derek

Now.....

What all do I need to install it? Just the diffy itself?

I have done every mod listed in my truck myself, so I am confident that I can do this to?
I'm not quite sure if this is how it goes, so let me know please.

Take off rear brakes
Remove diffy cover
Unbolt axles from wherever they connect at the diffy (or do they just slide in and out - if so, what retains them?)
Remove Driveshaft
Pull Diffy out (not quite sure how it is in there)
Plop new one in, connect everything back up.

Is that the jist of it?

Why do you say this?

I thought it was either a 8.5 - 28 or 30 spline?
