What size qa1 rear drag shocks for 5/7 drop NNBS Silverado reg cab?
Looking for the right set of rear QA1 drag shock for my buddies truck. He has a 5/7 drop right now and REALLY is due for some real shocks. Anyone know what size would work for him?

Huh, I don't see that QA1 has smooth body DA shocks. Just single adjustable. Those are RS702.
If he would choose Viking shocks, it would be D214 for both shocks.
Be advised that the bolts are 14mm and the bushings provided are SAE.
For the lower bolt, he can use the 9/16" bushings and get new Grade 8 9/16" bolts.
The upper bolts have the nut welded to the bracket, so the only correct way to fit is to have the 1/2" bushings drilled out to 14mm. Otherwise, I think most people are just using the 9/16" bushings and dealing with the slop.
Whichever way he goes, he should call the manufacturer directly and confirm which shocks. Both companies are very helpful for ensuring you the the correct product.
