bang 4 buck just isnt there IMO. dont get me wrong, if i blow gears im going 4.10 but the difference between 3.73 and 4.10 just isnt worth the money IMO. especially when your already running a pretty small tire. its just asking for traction probs. just my 2 cents anyways

i bet we can get that truck of yours into the 13's with the 3.73'...especially with the cam your planning

yes but in most cases here no body is going to run out of gear unless their motor isnt spinning high. i had 410s with 26" tall tire and was only seeing 6100rpms which wasnt enough for a NA pass

grannted my fuel issue was causing lack of topend pull but gives you an idea

i have 275/60/16 with my 4:10's. im at 2300rpm @70mph. traction problems are a beotch! my buddie is running 275/55/17's and they are less than a 1/4 inch shorter than mine.

Normally I would agree. But I am wanting to go a larger tire in the back, so I am thinking that with the added rotating mass of the tire, that 4.10's will be a good upgrade. But then again, this is just Me Thinks right now. I may change my mind tomorrow. LoL. Believe it or not, even with the stock stall right now, I sometimes have quite a bit of traction problems. Especially in the cold weather like today.
