found this transmission.. says its turbo 350 with an overdrive... have never seen an overdrive unit like this one.. guy doesnt know much about it.. ive looked to see if its a 700r4, but havent seen one like it, the tailshaft has a wierd deal protruding out of it, what is this, ive never actually inspected one up close, he says ther is gears in the tailshaft.. is that piece just for speedo?

Looks like a turbo 350 to me. I don't see how any overdrive gears would fit in that tail housing. I'm thinking that's just the speedo cable connection.
