Default what transfer case to use for awd swap?

Ok thanks to the merv I have a 4wd output shaft and adapter for my 4l80e now I'm trying to figure out what transfer case the bw4485 for correct spline? Will it work with 99 scab silverado wiring? Or a gm 149 or 4481 and change input gear ?

Get the NVG 149 that came in Denali TRUCKS or Silverado SS case, dont fool around with the SUV AWD case.

wouldnt the 4485 be stronger and easier to do since its already 32 spline? how much power can a 149 case handle?

If your not going above 1000 awdhp then it will be fine for you.

The 149 will put the power down better than the borg warner.

With high power the borg warner has been known to " buck" and hop on the street. The 149 is smoother . I studied these when i was thinking about awd but forget the exact difference, i believe its front to rear power dividing.

My Bud has a badass blown denali AWD and it launches nice and smooth with around 600 horse on tap. Nuff said!
