Default wheel backspacing?

I hope this is the right section to post this question in. I looked in the wheel/tire thread first, but i really didn't find the answer that I was looking for. I have a 200 silverado with a 3/5 drop. Will a 20x8.5 fit on my truck with +12mm offset. I think it is close to 5.16" backspacing. The wheels are Boss wheels and the other option is the same wheel in a +40mm offset. Which one would fit better on the truck. I will also be running a 275-45-20 on the wheels if that helps out any.

Using the 12mm offset, you are most likely not going to clear in the rear (I could almost guarantee it). I would go with the 40mm, if I were you.
