Default Wheel/ tire clearance issues!

I have been having some clearance issues recently on my 2000 Chevy Silverado ext cab. If I'm in my truck alone, it will ride fine, but if i have a few more bodies in it, the tires will rub if i go into a drive way, or dips on the freeway or railroad tracks.

My suspension setup as of now is Hotchkis lowering springs and leafs. 2/4 drop. Then I have 20" wheels with 275 55 R 20 tires, which is where I think I went wrong for clearance issues. Besides getting new tires, what others alternatives do I have to get the front suspension a bit stiffer with more clearance?

and when I get new tires, which size should I got with? 45 or 50?

Pics attached

Thanks
-Matt

Yea, made the wrong decision, and really don't want to change the tires already. so I think ill first only change the fronts, then the rears so I don't drain my wallet all at once! The fronts are pretty chewed up from the grinding on the wheel wells anyways...

It says the posting has been deleted, but the tire place I bought my tires at has always given me a very fair price!

And as far as the current fronts, I think they are way to cut and scarred to resell...

Thank you for the help, I just finished changing my brakes today and will probably get new fronts tomorrow and now have to quiver every time I hear that terrible sound of tire scraping!
