Default Who here is running a 6-speed manual?

I'd like to convert my 5-speed to a 6-speed later on this year. I've called Keisler's and they were no help.

What I like is some info on shifter location in the cab and general fitment issues.

I suspect that a T-56 would be the weapon of choice.

PM me or direct me to your posts. (a search on 6 speed did no good )

Thanks.

Search there is a member who's done it. You will need the t56 and some small parts. It was a straight forward swap from what he showed.

I'm your Huckleberry! I have an A4 to M6 write up that I'm fininshing, but I need more pictures. If you already have a 5spd though its a cake walk.

All you'll need is a complete T56 assembly from an LS1 f-body. Tranny, clutch, PP, flywheel, bell housing, slave cylinder and shifter.

Wish I started with a 5 speed!
Your cross-member should bolt right up and your drive shaft should work too! You will also need to cut another hole in you floor for the new shifter location.

Here is where mine is!
