Who is running traction or caltrac bars on the truck

the only aftermarket leaf spring i know of that requires a different bushing is for the hotchkis leaf springs.

Lance, are u referring to the Hotchkis along w/ Belltech or what? I coulda sworn my Hotchkis were a drop-in. I don't remember dinkin w/ the bushing. I do know it's fun removin the front bolt since the gas tank is right there.

there is a solid aluminum bushing that comes with the caltracs. you have to press out the stock rubber bushing and press in the new solid one. hotchkis leaf springs require a different solid bushing than the normal ones they send out with the caltracs.

Gotcha!I was unaware of that. My bad, that's good to know; def. appreciate the tip. When u put on your Caltracs, did that solid bushing increase the harshness of the ride or what?

I had to take my springs to a machine shop to have them pressed because they were giving me trouble and found out from the shop they were way too big and had to be turned down in order to be pressed in by them with a machine

This may have been already answered.......can the caltracs be used with the hotchkis rear sway bar?
