Ok, heres an issue ive been putting off for about two years now. So about two years ago, I was on my way out to Texas Heatwave Show in Austin. I spent the whole week cleaning the ride, and preparing. We left the house around 10pm for the drive, and on the way out, I saw some friends in town, so I stopped in a parking lot to say hey. I turned off the truck and got out. Then I noticed that something under my truck was still making noise. It was something electrical, it kind of sounded like an electric fuel pump, and was coming from the rear of the truck. Beings that my truck was not having any trouble running, driving or stopping, and I was determined to get to heatwave. I took a guess and thought maybe it had something to do with the ABS. So just a guess, I pulled the 60 amp ABS fuse from under the hood. The noise quit. I got back in the truck and tested the brakes in the parking lot, they still work fine. The only difference I saw in the truck, was the fact that it would burn the tires. Before pulling the fuse, it wouldnt. So long story short, Ive been driving like this for 2 years now, and Im finally tired of seeing the ABS and BRAKE lights on the dash. Someone tell me what part that is and how to fix this issue please....

Read up a bit, with the fuse in, something electrical stays running when the truck is not, and since I rely on the battery to let me in the truck, (shaved doors). I cant afford to let it run down because of whatever that is making that noise

I'd put the fuse in and try to locate what ever is making the noise. You got it narrowed down; it is gets power from the ABS fuse. I can't think of anything that would sound like a fuel pump in the ABS system. My guess is that the thing that stays running is not part of the ABS, it just shares it's power supply.

Yes its the ABS Module. The part is $900 from GM or there is a guy on Ebay that rebuilds the modules better than new for $150.
